BOOKING BUTTON INSTALLATION GUIDE
IF WE GET AN ERROR WHEN ENTERING THE THEFORK MANAGER CREDENTIALS
Install the booking button on the web browser from a private window and/or deleting cookies and temporary files and/or using a different browser.
Install the booking button on your smartphone by first deleting all the application data.*
IF THE ERROR IS NOT RESOLVED
Create a new user with administrator rights in TFM and repeat step 2 using that user.
IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL
Record a video of the whole process and send it to the widgets team to evaluate the type of issue and escalate it*.
*At the same time, as the installation process is developed and managed by Facebook, the R must escalate the issue to Facebook support.
